GUIDELINES FOR OUR UPCOMING 10TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY PARTY

    UPDATE:(Nov. 29, 2011) GUIDELINES FOR OUR UPCOMING 10TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY PARTY with the theme ROSEDUDS GOES TO OSCARS: A GLITTERING NIGHT.

    1. The party shall be this coming December 23, 2011 at the Casa Esperanza, 6:00 pm, sunday, with a heartily contribution of P300 up to P500, this covers our food, area, sound system, decoration, video, photography, secretariat and miscellaneous expenses. Deadline for the contribution shall be this coming Dec. 18, 2011.

    2. The following movie theme are raffled to five groups which every member shall wear a touch of assigned movie theme but make sure that your gown must shine and glitter that night, to wit:

    Group 1 - sex and the city
    Group 2 - titanic
    Group 3 - black swan
    Group 4 - alice in wonderland
    Group 5 - moulin rouge

    3. Dinner will be serve at exactly 7:30 in the evening, those who will arrive late cannot be assured of the leftovers, VP Alanis-Allan Gabule Carreon Salvaña will be our food control supervisor. Meaning start freshin up and do your make up and preparations as early as 2 pm.

    4. There will be assigned chairman on a registration table our Sec Gen Felecity Lagrimas where a registration Fee to be collected as prizes for Ms. Gay Hulbot-hulbot as well as gift booth for the annual exchange gift worth P20.00 the minimum.

    5. Our party allows you to bring your escort because we have a couple of the night award, but you have to pay for your partner on the per head meal and shall be paid on or before the deadline date december 18, 2011

    6. Every group must choose among themselves one leader and one collector who will gather its member for a meeting and collect their members for the contribution. I encourage our collectors to collect in installment basis up to the deadline for budget convenience. Presentation practice is also encourage because there is a prize for that, the rules on group presentation? there are no rules, so be creative and be entertaining as much as possible.

    7. For those who are not in the list and not yet belong to a group, please feel free to pm the president for you to be listed.
